Transportation Services

  • ​Pick-up/drop-off (within 10 km radius only): CHF 10 each way

Additional informations

  • Transportation: 10 km range from Les Geneveys-sur-Coffrance in Val-de-Ruz, we do not offer transportation services beyond that.
  • Cancellations within 48 h are free of charge, otherwise the service will be invoiced.
  • All the payments are made in advance.
  • Daycare runs from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • If checking-in or checking-out outside of working hours, you will be subject to an additional fee of CHF 15 per 30 minutes.
  • After 7:00 p.m., your daycare fee will be dropped and you will be responsible for an overnight charge.
  • Additional paid options: Pick-up Dog Arrival & Pick-up Dog Return
